Mood Upswing

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Things weren't lookin' too good this morning. I was in bed with my folks at an ugodly hour, jumping up and down on 'em, trying to get them to wake up. I didn't want Daddy to go to work, and was pretty rude to him as he left. Mommy and I had some words... and then the mood forecast really improved. For the rest of the day, I was a great kid!

The weather was gray and drizzly... I persuaded Mommy to go outside and play tag with me in the rain, but she sure didn't last long. Despite being stuck inside, though, I didn't watch too much TV or play too many video games... I helped tidy my room as Mommy cleaned the kitchen.

After Daddy came home from work, he took Mommy and I out for sushi. The meal was pretty sub-par, but my parents are hard-pressed to remember the last time I behaved so well at a restaurant. I mean - I'm never a monster or anything, but I was just so well behaved!

Sudoku Loop

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy and I went outside this morning... while I played in my sandbox, she did some Sudoku puzzles. I walked over to her, sat down in the chair next to hers, and said "What would you like to do today, Mommy?" and she replied "Well, right now I'd like to do my Sudoku puzzles." And I said "Alright." I sat there quietly for a few moments, before exclaiming "I Know! We should go to the playground!" Mommy responded with a laugh - "Maybe, sweetie, but first I'd like to finish these Sudoku puzzles." And I said "Alright." I sat there quietly for a few moments, before exclaiming "I Know! We should go to the playground!" Mommy responded with a laugh - "Maybe, sweetie, but first I'd like to finish these Sudoku puzzles." And I said "Alright." I sat there quietly for a few moments, before exclaiming "I Know! We should go to the playground!" Mommy responded with a laugh - "Maybe, sweetie, but first I'd like to finish these Sudoku puzzles."

After Daddy came home from work, we blew bubbles in the back yard. I blew the biggest bubbles I've ever seen in the whole world, or so I claim.

I had a bad day?!

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy and I started off the day by baking a batch of muffins to take to our final Playschool session of the season. They went over well, but getting to see Julie and Sarah and making paper a paper crown at craft time made me happier. When we left, I got upset that there was no stroller for me to ride in (Playschool kinda tires me out). Despite the customary grilled cheese sandwich on the way home, I was put into a pretty fragile mood.

Things progressed from there... my mood was volatile. It came to something of a head when I got mad at Mommy (for some reason), yellled at her, and threw a pot of grass-seed. Obviously, it got me sent to my room.

I was happy when Daddy came home, because he provided some outdoor entertainment (the TV was off-limits) before dinner. I threw another fit before bed... Mommy told Daddy that I had been having a bad day, which I responded to with shocked and disappointed surprise: "Awww, I had a bad day?!" Daddy read a new book to me and before long I was out like a light.

Waiting for Evan

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Uh-oh... Mommy woke up with something of a headache again today. Fortunately, it wasn't too bad, and she wasn't really put out of commission or anything. We managed to take a nice walk to the corner store, where we were surprised to discover that they sell fresh herbs - which saves us one trip to the organic grocer to buy cilantro in order to make Cool Uncle Gareth's taco recipe.

I played outside in my sandbox for a while today - as a result, I had to have a bath, in which I washed my own hair. 'Twas kinda funny. I repeatedly asked Mommy when Evan was coming home, and if I could reserve him to play with me when he did. He was a little bit later than usual, but once he arrived, I made sure we got in a lot of quality time. We made funny faces together on the computer webcam, which was a real blast!

Tribacchus Perfecta

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Before anyone could take off and go to work this morning, I went over to Gammy and Grandpa's and made friends with Reggie, who I'm suddenly not so shy around anymore. Instead of running circles around Mommy while she exercised, I sat and watched and even kinda helped and took part!

After lunch, Mommy and I had a lovely nap together. We woke up, did some yard tidying, and when Evan (my new name for 'Daddy') came home from work, we played pirates in the back yard. After a picnic dinner (which I hardly touched) we all took Basil for a walk around the block.

While Daddy went to the store to get us some ice cream, Mommy and I did some cloud-gazing on the front yard and I invented an acrobatic manoeuver called the "Tribacchus", which is kinda hard to explain - it just involved a lot of flopping around on the grass.

My parents have been singing pop song-lullabyes to me since I was born... yesterday, for the first time, I requested one by name ("All You Clowns" / "The Bug Song") and sang it with Mommy. Very special.

Crickets & Cliffs

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Nobody had to ask me twice if I wanted to go for a picnic today. We stopped by a supermarket, loaded up with goodies, and drove out to a little town outside of Georgetown for a lovely picnic and then an interesting hike alongside a scary gorge/cliff system and then through a field brimming with thousands of crickets - poor Daddy (who doesn't usually get bothered by crickets) really started to get the creepy crawlies... which was a double-whammy after Basil seemed to come so close to jumping down those cliffs.

I snoozed in the car on the way back - once we got home we hung out for a bit before heading out to do some grocery shopping. Before dinner I got shy and nervous around Gammy and Grandpa's dinner guest Reggie, we had some dinner, watched the Mars landing, and went to bed.

A Day With Daddy

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Neither Basil or I could sleep last night - Mommy ended up kinda staying up with us and trying to get s to both calm down. In the morning, we had an average Saturday, and then after lunch we all parted ways - Mommy went out fabric shopping with Leslie, and Daddy and I went to the mall for some bubble tea and clothing for him to wear in Cannes.

After the mall, Daddy and I paid a visit to Corrin and her parents, who were happy to see us - Daddy and Corrin and Corrin's Dad and I had a fun time playing in a nearby park and playground. I booted some kid in the head who didn't have the sense not to run in front of me while I was swingin'. We went back to Corrin's house, had some snacks and stuff, said good-bye, and went to pick up Mommy and Leslie. I conked out in the car.

A restaurant could not be decided upon, so we ended up driving too far - I slept too long and woke up grumpy, and window for dinner (Leslie had to be somewhere) almost vanished to nothing. After we ordered food, I asked to go home... we got it to go, and poor Leslie had to eat her tuna wrap out of a styrofoam container on her way out for the evening. But still - by all reports, she and Mommy had a nice day (as did Daddy & I) so... a good day.

The Jello and Pastries Deal

[As transcribed by Daddy]

After Mommy finished her exercises today, we had a nice picnic lunch outside at my insistence. Somehow I got it into my head that I wanted to eat Jello (which I asked Daddy to make the minute he got out of bed this morning) and pastries... the Jello was devoured and enjoyed during the picnic.

Mommy and I planned to go to the park after lunch, but Gammy and Grandpa were out and couldn't look after Basil, who came down with some weird sort of facial-rash thing. I was pretty upset... eventually, though, Gammy and Grandpa came home and we went to the park anyway. There were no other kids there, but I had fun nonetheless.

After Daddy came home from work, I refused to pee on the potty for some reason. Daddy made a deal with me - I'd pee on the potty in exchange for Jello and Pastries. So... we had Jello for dessert at dinner, and went out for "pastries" at Starbucks before bed.

The Missing Booster Juice Franchise

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Two breakfasts today - followed by helping Mommy do some video game exercises and stuff. The two of us took a nice walk to the corner store and bought some flowers - I tried to con her into buying candy, but it didn't work. We had a nice afternoon, but pretty late in the day I had a moment of frustration with the computer and threw the mouse. Mommy sent me to my room, where I screamed a bit, and Basil threw up in the other room - anyway, long story short, Mommy calmed me down and I accidentally had a nap, kinda.

Daddy came home from work and was there to wake me up - I was happy to see him and forgot all about whatever was making me so mad. The two of us played tag outside until it was time for dinner. After dinner we went in search of the juice place on Queen Street, only to find that it isn't there anymore. I got ice cream instead.

We Fit

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy's headache was gone today, but she still felt kinda terrible. So... believe it or now, I went really easy on her. I never whined, I never complained, I never screamed, I never yelled, I didn't throw anything, I didn't get upset, and I was completely sweet to her today. I brought her the odd book to read, didn't really harass her about food or snacks, didn't have any pee-related accidents, and was just perfect.

I said good-bye to Cool Uncle Gareth, who headed back to Yoo Nork today... I made sure he flipped me upside-down once or twice before he left though. I'll miss him... he's my most favourite Uncle in the whole world!

Daddy came home with a new video game in tow. After dinner we played it for a bit... my folks are very surprised at how good my balance is, and how eager I am to exercise.

Freakout = Headache

[As transcribed by Daddy]

This morning I was sweet, polite, and very cute with my parents... I was sad to see Daddy go back to work, but wasn't, like, awful about it. At one point, I even managed to sneeze bran flakes in Mommy's face and laugh about it. The drama came later, when I asked Mommy something, she asked me to wait a second, and I threw a book across the room - she sent me to my room, I calmed down, apologized ten seconds later, and was told to stay in my room until Mommy told me to come out. That caused me to REALLY freak out, and caused Mommy to get a terrible headache that she kept all day long.

I eventually fell asleep while exiled in my room - when I woke, Mommy and I pulled off a cool detente until Daddy came home from work. We had a nice evening together - we ate dinner, did the grocery shopping and other errands, and then came home and I went to bed (although I didn't actually sleep for several hours).

Long-Weekend Traffic

[As transcribed by Daddy]

We had a nice muffin breakfast this morning (care of Mommy & I), and a nice lunch care of Gammy - but the weather was still awful, and we couldn't do too much outside or anything... although I did manage to get down to the dock one more time to throw blades of grass to the fishes, and to visit the horses. Get this - it even briefly snowed on us. Crazy.

We got everything together, packed up the car, and headed home from the cottage. At first it was a quick n' easy drive, but then we hit MAJOR long-weekend traffic. I started getting antsy, Basil started bothering the heck out of me, and Mommy's headache started to get the better of her. We bailed on the highway and took side-roads home - once we were movin', we were all a lot happier.

Once we were home, I was happy to see Nee-Nee again, and we joined Gammy and Grandpa for Thai takeout, which was great. I was happy to go to sleep in my own bed, too.

Overall the weekend was pretty good - *I* had a good time, even if I was cooped up due to the weather. I think my parents were a little exhausted from having to keep me entertained... but thank goodness we had Gammy and Grandpa and Cool Uncle Gareth with us!

Wombats Waddle when they Wiggle

[As transcribed by Daddy]

There was just enough dry weather this morning for a quick walk after Daddy made us all breakfast. He and Cool Uncle Gareth and went to the dock, and within minutes, Cool Uncle Gareth caught the biggest fish I had ever seen outside of the zoo! We were shocked - but Bass aren't in season, so I helped hum put it back in the water. I thought the reason you caught fish was to keep them as pets in the sink.

After lunch, the rain has really started coming down. I fought Mommy on having a nap - eventually I succumbed. Being cooped up sucks. After I woke, Grandpa and Mommy and I joined Cool Uncle Gareth and Daddy for a cold and rainy game of Frisbee Golf in the woods. We all got confused about the tees and holes, but Gareth beat the pants off of Daddy anyway and then made up a new song with me - "Wombats Waddle when they Wiggle."

After a glorious rib dinner, I had a mini dance party in the living room - my parents and Gareth took me on a dusk drive around the bay, where we saw tons and tons of deer! I fought sleep again... and didn't pass out until ten!

Repookeration

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Gammy made us all French toast and bacon for breakfast, which was great... but the gray, rainy weather kept us all inside for most of the day. I went with Mommy and Daddy and Gareth to Huntsville to run some errands, but overall the day can be characterized by my impatience to do something and my exhaustion - which came when the rain cleared and we all went for many walks. I even went fishing with Daddy and Grandpa and Gareth - I invented a game where I tied blades of grass in knots and threw them to the fish.

Aunt Wendy and Aunt Roger joined us all for dinner and some walks... I got to see the deer up close again, and I peed all over the shuffleboard court. I was out like a light an hour before bedtime! Time for everyone to "Repookerate."

The World Named of Clover

[As Transcribed by Daddy]

We were up and ready to go pretty early this morning... we loaded up the car and drove out to Muskoka just before lunch (which we had in Bracebridge) and somehow managed to avoid all manner of long-weekend traffic!

We were very happy to get to the cottage... once we arrived we played and played and explored! We found some swings, a field to run in, and another cottage with the same name as me! I declared the place "The World Named of Clover".

Gammy and Grandpa and Cool Uncle Gareth arrived before dinner and joined us in the merriment. There was more walking and exploring, lots of photo taking... and I even got to see chickens, cats, horses, and the tamest deer any of us have ever encountered!

Really Boring

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Man, did I ever eat a big bowl of oatmeal this morning. Have mercy!

To prepare for tomorrow's trip to the cottage (sorry in advance if the blog doesn't updated for the next few days... we probably won't have internet), Mommy and I took the bus to No Frills (which I have often seen, due to the large bananas painted on the side) to do some grocery shopping. We walked home, stopping at the toy store (where we bought puzzles and stuff in case of rainy weather) and a quilting store, which I claimed was "Really boring". A nice lady there distracted me long enough that Mommy could buy some new needles.

After lunch, Mommy and I had a slightly contentious afternoon - when Daddy came home from work, I was extremely happy to play with him in my room. After a lovely dinner, we headed out to the grocery store to get all the groceries we couldn't find at No Frills.

Much like the quilting store, I decided that hanging out in our apartment was also "Really boring."

Impressing Cool Uncle Gareth

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy and I went to playschool today... but found ourselves locked out, along with everyone else. It was okay, though... Julie and Sarah were there, and eventually someone showed up with a key, so things went as usual. We stopped by Richard & Lucie's gallery on the way home, but they weren't around, and then grabbed some pizza for lunch.

Mommy and I came home, had a regular quiet afternoon - played games, did some tidying, the usual - and then I went and visited Gammy, and we waited for Grandpa to arrive with Cool Uncle Gareth. Once he arrived, I was overjoyed - to say I was excited to see him is a huuuuge understatement. As soon as he walked in the door I didn't let him out of my sight, and stuck to him like glue! He was pretty awesome playing with me and stuff. I really impressed him with my reading and internet skills.

I was so wound up at the end of the day, Mommy didn't think I'd ever fall asleep... but I did!

Songs about Napkins and Peaches

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Today was a quiet day... the weather was nice, so Mommy and I did some playing outside. We went to the corner store to buy a lollipop at one point, and I kid you not - I willingly chose the smallest one there (but got a second, free one for being cute).

Mommy actually made vegetable tempura for dinner, which I loved. She also attempted to make miso soup... I agreed with her that it wasn't very good right before devouring a huge bowl of it.

Before bed, I had a weird request of Daddy - I asked him to pretend to play guitar (using his guitar game) and mime/accompany his new music DVD while I danced to songs about napkins and peaches. You kinda had to be there... it was cute, but definately weird.

A Scribble of Fury

[As transcribed by Daddy]

I was really upset that Daddy had to go to work today - I missed him, plus Mommy isn't nearly as good at providing funny voices for my toys. I wasn't as cranky as I was yesterday, but was still a little 'off' - at one point, Mommy and I got into it and I tried to throw my little folding chair across the room in anger... and only ended up getting it kinda wrapped around my head. Mommy sent me to my room - I was so mad, I marched over to my easel, took the lid off a marker, furiously scribbled a line on a sheet of paper, and then stormed off to my room.

In the afternoon, when Mommy put off going for a walk due to an imminent rainstorm, I threw another fit and was sent to my room to have a nap. I got confused, and thought I was being punished for stealing chocolate off of the kitchen counter and leaving it around for Basil. Which I also did, incidentally.

After Daddy came home from work, we went for a meeting at the bank and then did some quick grocery shopping. Once again, I was slow to fall asleep at bedtime.

Unhappy Mother's Day

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Daddy and I kinda let Mommy sleep in today - he shoulda known from my unwillingness to take part in any Mother's Day stuff that I wasn't ging to be exactly co-operative with anything. I kinda half-assed signing cards for Mommy and Gammy, and wasn't into helping Daddy make eggs (which were a miserable failure) for breakfast.

Things only got kinda worse from there. I was whiny, demanding, short-tempered, and cranky - I did this fake-crying thing whenever anything wouldn't go my way, which made my parents pretty aggravated. After leftover Chinese food for lunch, Daddy and Gammy picked up an awesome basket of fruit for Mommy, and then my folks took me for a drive to try to get me to sleep.

By the time the car's gas tank had emptied, I was finally asleep... and woke up just when we were re-fueling. We came home, and I was still a bit goofy... after dinner, I fought an early bedtime. Daddy has agreed to re-schedule a do-over Mother's Day on Father's Day.

Great-Grandmother's Day

[As transcribed by Daddy]

This morning Mommy and Daddy and I loaded up into one car, and we followed Gammy and Grandpa (in another car) to Guelph, so that we could take G.G. to lunch at a lovely beach-front restaurant (they even gave me toys to play with). It was a nice meal, and I was very well-behaved - I impressed G.G. with how smart I am and how much I've grown.

On the way home, Mommy and Daddy and I stopped by a trail just outside Cambridge for a nice hike through a meadow and by a little pond. Daddy took so many photos, there's no way he can prepare them for blogging tonight!

After we came home (I slept through the weekend traffic on the way), Daddy went to pick up Leslie while Mommy and I hung out at home. They brought Chinese food home with them, which we ate and then did some Mother's Day shopping. I helped Mommy pick out some new jammies, and I picked out some fun cards. We were all pretty exhausted at the end of the day, and are looking forward to Mother's Day!

Spaghetti with Noodles

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Not much to talk about today - Mommy and I had a pretty quiet day with nothing out of the ordinary happening. We all slept in a little this morning. While circling the house, I told Mommy I wanted 'spaghetti with noodles' for lunch... Mom said "Sweetie, spaghetti IS noodles" to which I replied "...yeah - I want spaghetti with noodles."

Mommy painted my antique toy crib today - I was annoyed that I didn't get to help, but Mommy only had one brush left after all of the room-painting over the past few days.

I didn't see Daddy tonight... he came home from work pretty late, hopefully capping the end to an exhausting week fraught with stress, panic, worry, lack of sleep and food, and some seriously hard life-changing decisions that had to be made for all of us. Let's all hope he made the right choices, didn't make terrible mistakes, and can finally enjoy the fact that he won a trip to Cannes the other day. Anyway, we've got the weekend to spend together!

Singing Gareth Toy

[As transcribed by Daddy]

It was a nice day today - Mommy and I played a lot of games outside. My sandbox was fun, we made volcano out of dirt, and Gammy even joined us for some fun. A package came by courier today - but it wasn't for me, which made me sad. It was okay, though - when Daddy came home from work today (late) he brought a box of pastries home for me. That cheered me up!

The other day I was playing with my toys in my now-reconstructed room and started making this horrible shrieking noise. Mommy came into the room and asked me to cut it out - I explained to her that my "Uncle Gareth" toy was trying to "Sing."

Naked Cleanup

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy wasn't really feeling up to taking me to playschool today, so we hung out at home and prepared to continue painting my bedroom. I can't say that I'm as into second or third coats of paint - there's something lame about just putting more yellow on top of yellow.

Anyway, we got things nicely completed, and then Mommy started moving all of the junk back into my room. I left the room, took all my clothes off save for a cowboy hat, came back in, saw the mess, and accused Mommy of making it just so I would have to clean it up. I even called Daddy to complain.

We had something of a misunderstanding over having a bath, but other than that, things were calm. I hung out with my grandparents and played with the new toy high chair I got yesterday... it made up for not seeing Daddy, who was busy winning a trip to France at some award ceremony!

Painting My Bedroom

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Today was paint-day - Mommy and I moved all of the toys and junk out of my room and started painting my bedroom 'banana split' yellow! Not only did I have one heck of a real blast (painting with my own little brushes and stuff, clad in old clothes), but I was also a real help to Mommy. I offered lots of encouragement, I avoided making too much of a mess, and didn't have any tantrums or fights. I was even great about using the potty!

To celebrate what a good girl I was being, Mommy and Daddy took me to the toy store at the end of the day. I was having a real blast - 'oohing and aahing' at everything that caught my eye. I got so excited that I forgot that I had to pee... and had an accident right there in the store. There were some tears and some apologies, and my parents smuggled me outta there without any underpants on. Ah well... such are the travails of growing up.

[Playing tag is] Hard Work

[As transcribed by Daddy]

I was sad to send Daddy off to work today, but I had no choice - Mommy kept my spirits up by spending most of the day outside with me. We started moving some rocks around, and before we knew it, we had done more landscaping over the course of one day than my parents have done in the past two years combined! We built a stone path, several flowerbeds, re-seeded big chunks of the yard, and cleared away a lot of clutter. I made friends with some worms, called Nana on the phone, played in my sandbox, and played several games of tag.

As if that wasn't enough, Mommy and I went to Home Depot to get some paint for my room, too. Insane! The two of us had a few spats and minor tiffs, but despite being exhausted, I kept it together pretty well. Once Daddy came home from work, we snuggled on the couch, played outside a lot, ate some dinner, and I finally crashed. Like I told Daddy - "Playing tag is hard work."

Not The Slowest

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Now that grandpa has a new car, it became high time that Mommy and Daddy and I clean all of the dog hair and mess WE left out of the Golf before he gives it back. So - Mommy and Grandpa did all the word, while Daddy shuffled around after me like a sick, congested, exhausted, miserable zombie. Eventually hunger got the better of Mommy, and she went in for lunch and Daddy took over for her in the Golf. I stayed far away from the cleaning process - the sound of that vacuum terrifies me!

We ended up going out for a drive - the DVP was shut down, so traffic was kinda thick, but we finally made it to the Rouge Park Cedar Trail after grabbing some vitamin-c for Daddy. The hike was nice, and for once I wasn't the slowest walker - that honour went to Daddy!

We came home for Dinner, I had some bladder-related accidents, and Daddy moped around like a lump. Still, it was a decent weekend.

New Glasses / New Car

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Daddy has a really bad head-cold to show for the mentally exhausting and stressful week at work. Mommy and I decided to let him sleep in, which he really appreciated.

Once he was awake, we got him dressed and showered and had him drive us to the optometrist so that Mommy and Daddy could get their eyes checked out. I was such a good girl in the waiting room and in the exam room - not only did I really impress the receptionist and eye doctor with my eye chart-reading skills, but I made my parents proud with how well I was behaved. They rewarded me with some bubble tea!

My folks dropped the GNP of a small nation on new glasses, and then we headed home for lunch. Grandpa showed off his new wheels, which he let us take back to the mall to pick up said glasses, to do the grocery shopping, and take back home again. I had a long bath before bed, and listened as an over-medicated Daddy read to me.

The Streaker

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy was funky today (not smelly or musically inclined, but kinda 'down') and feels like she was a 'bad Mommy' - her headache got the better of her and she kinda hibernated-while-awake and let me watch television and play video games and stuff. I even played a cool old video game that Daddy made years ago.

I had a nice shower with Mommy today (showers are my favourite, all of a sudden), and once I was out, I took off like a shot and ran through the entire house, laughing and giggling the whole time! I dunno what it is with little kids and nudity, but... s'funny.

After Daddy came home (late) from another crazy and hectic day of work, we ate dinner and we ran a few errands together. He's getting sick... hopefully it's nuthin' he's gonna pass on to Mommy or I.

The Wedding of Franklin and Cinnamon Bunny

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy and I went to the drug store today to pick out some Mother's Day cards for our family members... I picked out a few good ones, as well as some new sunglasses for Mommy and I (as if I didn't have enough) and to excitedly freak out over magazines featuring my favourite video game characters. Like - really freak out.

On the way home, we frolicked under the magnolia trees and when I found the dried-up remnants of a dandelion I had picked the day before - it made me very sad. I made a wish on another dandelion that we could have pizza for lunch (this is right after Mommy and I bought a pizza for that express purpose, mind you).

After lunch and some alone time, I emerged from my room to inform Mommy that my toys Franklin and Cinnamon Bunny had gotten married (I later reported that they went to a roller coaster on their honeymoon). There were no witnesses, and I'm being pretty cagey regarding who actually performed the ceremony.

After Daddy came home from one CRAZY day at work, we hung out some, had a bath, and after I went to bed I actually started sleepwalking through the kitchen (!) as my folks watched their favourite show. Wow!

The Table of Contents

[As transcribed by Daddy]

Mommy and I went to Playschool this morning - one of the little girls (Anna) had a birthday, and as a result, we all got banana cupcakes! Awesome! A little boy (John?) spent most of the time just wailing away... several minutes later, Mommy developed a killer headache. I'm not saying the kid's wailing caused it... ...I'm just sayin'.

After a stop for lunch and to drop off some parcels at the post office, Mommy and I had a quiet afternoon that consisted of her having a headache and me being very good about it. I played with my grandparents a bit, went with Daddy to pick up some dinner, and had multiple baths throughout the day.

When Daddy read to me before bed, I specifically asked him "Not to read the Table of Contents." I don't like the Table of Contents.

I'm a happy kid living with my parents and our dog in Toronto. I'm goofy, sweet, smart, extremely chatty, and pretty much the cutest kid on the face of the Earth!
